I occasionally enjoy having a salad for a meal, especially if I eat something really unhealthy during another part of the day. I feel balanced out. However, lots of salads out there are healthy until you put the dressing on. If I’m eating a salad with ranch dressing, that sort of defeats the purpose of the salad if my aim is to eat healthy. That’s where Kefir Avocado Dressing comes in.
- 1.5 cups of Kefir
- 1 avocado (1.5 for a thicker dressing)
- chopped basil and cilantro (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
