Kefir Breakfast Bowl

Kefir seems to work so well in all sorts of breakfast treats.  We think you’ll love our Kefir Breakfast Bowl because it’s a great way to start the morning right.  Feel free to put your own spin on this by adding a fruit of your choice (strawberries work nicely).

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup kefir
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and have a great breakfast!
